On receipt of any concern you may raise with us here is what to expect

Send you an acknowledgement of your concern within 48 business hours or sooner.

All information you provide will be compiled when we do our investigations along with any records we may hold.

We will contact you to if in the event we need further clarification.  

We also share this concern with Toyota Australia or anyother third party for their guidance and input.

You will be contacted by us advising you of the outcome of our investigation and if required what next steps will be taken.
